Description: My client, an International market leader in wireless communications, is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA, based in Slough and are offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 pa +bens.Reporting to the Global Rewards Director, the Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA will be responsible for the administration and implementation of changes to Compensation & Benefits Programs in EMEA, ensuring that the organisation is competitive and able to attract, motivate and retain employees in local markets. This position has a dotted-line reporting to the Director HR Strategy EMEA and will manage a Compensation and Benefits Analyst and Benefits Coordinator.Key Accountabilities:· Provide input in setting Compensation and Benefits strategies for EMEA· Make recommendations related to changes in EMEA Compensation & Benefits programs offering· Lead research, design and implementation of approved Compensation & Benefits programs specific to EMEA· Participate actively in Global Total Rewards initiatives· Provide input in the development, enhancement of Global Incentive and Sales Compensation programs· Negotiate contracts and manage local service providers relationships· Assist Compensation & Benefits Analyst in identifying best surveys sources to be used for all locations in EMEAYou must be of graduate calibre with strong analytical and financial skills. A professional Certification in Compensation and Benefits management is an advantage.You must have solid direct experience in Compensation and Benefits in a Multi-National corporation. Previous experience with design, implementation and management of Compensation and Benefits programs across EMEA is required.Capita Resourcing is a trading name of Capita Business Services Ltd.
