Responsibilities* Partner with business by being part of the local leadership team and play a critical role in building and delivering the HR vision to support profitable business growth* Drive change management process focusing on Process Simplification, Quality & Cost Control* Support local leadership team in developing and implementing initiatives to drive efficiencies and productivity gains* Maintain and develop effective relationships with recognised Trade Unions, taking lead role in negotiations.* Coach and develop leadership team capability* Develop and deliver local HR agenda to optimise employee engagement, performance and potential* Provide HR support across Resourcing, Comp & Ben, L&D, Performance Management & ER to ensure the development of engaged and appropriately skilled employees* Develop, implement, advise and ensure compliance with GE Healthcare Human Resources policies and practices* Contribute to both the UK HRM forum by bringing ideas for driving the UKHR vision "Partnering to unlock the potential of One GEHC" and the wider Life Sciences HR forum outside the UK* Advise and influence managers on key areas of the people agenda* Act as Talent Champion by attracting, developing and retaining talent * Manage Talent Review process (Session C) * Be a trusted and responsive business partner and employee advocate* Lead, motivate and develop 1 x HR Generalist direct report and local Occupational Health team* Achieve results through others by effective teamwork and influencing across matrix structures and building relationships* High level of autonomy in shaping and delivering HR expertise and support to meet specific client group needs * High level of autonomy in Trade Union relationships and negotiations
