Description: Customer Adviser / Financial Services(Part – Time)£13,600 pro rata plus excellent bonus & benefitsReading, BerkshireOur clients have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Adviser to join their team in Reading.You will provide a first class service to our client’s customers and achieve all targets and objectives set. You will generate and follow through sales opportunities (personal callers and by telephone) so that personal and team targets are met, welcome, help and assist customers in order to build customer loyalty and maximise sales opportunities.The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with customers in a retail, service and financial environment. You will have English and Maths to GCSE level (Grades A-C) or equivalent, keyboard and telephone skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and the desire to work in a target orientated company.You must also be accurate, numerate and computer literate and have a flexible attitude to working outside normal hours should the need arise.
