We currently require a highly motivated and talented Field Sales Associate to join our existing UK Sales Team operating within the Peterborough and Suffolk area. You will be accountable for selling the full line of Global Mailing Solutions and services in a business-to-business environment. You will be advising clients about the efficient preparation and management of documents, packages, mail and other forms of messaging, in both physical and digital form.You will be trained to be fully conversant with the product lines offered by the company and be expected to have the ability to communicate with clients in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. Your main duties and responsibilities are to develop and analyse the regional sales territory and achieve quotas as set by senior management. Using a consultative selling approach you will have excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and partnering skills, together with the ability to set goals, organise and prioritise tasks.Benefits include; opportunity to earn in excess of 44,000 per year uncapped commission, a fully expensed company car, fuel card, mobile phone and pension. You will also be eligible to earn ongoing sales incentives, including fully expensed international holidays. You will also receive excellent structured sales training in an ongoing sales training program. Upon successful completion of the Sales Associate Development Plan, typically 12 to 24 months, candidates are eligible for a variety of advanced sales or specialist positions.Applicants must possess a UK Driving License to be considered for this position as it is a mobile role. Relevant B2B sales experience and/or related sales/customer experience is desirable.
