Description: BenefitsCompany car insurancecompany car or acar allowanceBonusBUPAPensionTo manage the co-ordination of Mechanical and Electrical services contractors for Pearce Group Ltd, ensuring that standards are maintained and value achieved.  • Collate and co-ordinate the development of information between the Architect , the Project Team and Client Consultants to develop the scope of works to provide the client with the most innovative and cost effective solution. (eg ‘Builders work-in connection’ document, advice etc) • Manage the services packages on a project by project basis, initiating pre-start workshops with services contractors, consultants and the site team. Chair regular service meetings with the services contractors and co–ordinate the activities of and interaction between different mechanical and electrical trades and design consultants.• Monitor the performance level of Services contractors and designers, highlighting any areas of under performance and proposing remedial action to be taken.• Develop and manage a good relationship with the Client Team and third parties looking for further opportunities to enhance the Pearce brand. Endeavour to perform better than other construction contractors. .
