The group has rapidly expanded over the last 12 years to 30+ locations. The healthcare brand is supplying recruitment solutions for Nurses and Care Workers. Our client supplies to many large NHS trusts across the UK as well as privately run nursing homes and care institutions.ROLEThis is a new role and a key element of the Healthcare Divisions expansion plan.You will be tasked with rolling out Perm Recruitment across all the companies locations, initially you will be based from the branch local to yourself and lead from the front building up a successful desk. You be encouraged to utilise the existing client base to target new perm business along with prospecting new clients in the region.. IDEAL CANDIDATE* Ideally have had previous experience in working as a Perm Team Leader or manager from any sector of the recruitment industry. * Be able to provide evidence or managing and developing highly successful Perm Consultants.* Be competent and be successful in driving business improvement through the effective management of consultants by target setting, monitoring efficiencies and improving business processes.* Be confident in assessing Clients requirements and providing a high quality and professional service* Be capable of realising the career aspirations of your Candidates and place them in a role that will provide them with job satisfaction* Competent at developing new business by canvassing and visiting potential new Clients to outline the professional services you are able to supply* Be willing to travel extensively across Central England.YES Rec2Rec has successfully placed over 550 recruitment professionals in the last four years and currently have 1700 live vacancies across the UK, Europe and World-Wide.
