Recroot UK have an exciting opportunity for an Administration/Finance Co-ordinator to join our prestigious client, based in Glasgow City Centre.Reporting to the Finance Manager and Director your role will involve ensuring clients are invoiced in full and in a timely manner, setting up processes to ensure accurate monitoring of project profitability, providing support and assistance to the finance manager at all times, ensuring contracts are in place with clients, maintaining accurate account details for key clients and liaising with operation directors to set up best practice initiatives.You will also be involved in debt control, liaising with different agents, organising and controlling manpower movements, assisting in recruiting multinational workers, keeping up to date records on all workers and dealing with booking flights, hotels and appointments.It is essential you have a shipping background are well organised, have working knowledge of ISO 9000/2000, conversant with crew certification topped with excellent finance knowledge, self motivated and able to work as part of a team.
