Description: POSITION:Sales Support AdministratorLOCATION:StockportREPORTING TO: Customer Order Manager - UK & IrelandSUMMARY OF ROLE: The primary function of this role is to support all Divisions with regards to Customer Enquiry and Order, receipt, acknowledgement and distribution. The role will be responsible for identifying product and logging data correctly and in a timely manner whilst maintaining crucial customer liaison. The successful candidate will develop cross-divisional knowledge and activities and develop the role into Order Entry support.SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*Receipt of incoming Enquiries and Orders by fax, post and email and acknowledgement to customer in a timely manner.*Log where necessary, Identify and distribute enquiries and orders as required.*Deal with incoming calls from customers in a professional manner and in accordance with Moments of Truth standards. *Undertake to learn Order Entry for each Division and be able to supply support in the Order Management group where required.*Responsible for collating acknowledgements to post out to customersQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:*Candidates should have proven successful experience in an administrative role.*The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent Think Customer values, delivering first class customer service and commitment to continually improve internal processes. *Strong computer skills including experience of databases and Microsoft Outlook including JDE skills.*The ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst maintaining high levels of clear communication.*Ability to work on own initiative with the requirement of working as part of the team.
