They are looking to take on a new Project Manager to manage a new build health development in Nottingham with a project value of £16mDuties as Project Manager:Project Manager - Management & liaising with the clientAttending meetingsAll Health and SafetyPerformance management of contractorManaging design and build process Taking control of the project through to completionThe Project Manager:You will have clear leadership qualities and know to motivate a team. As Project Manager you will also be a leader in your approach and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels.Project Manager Package:An attractive salary and package will be offered to the successful project Manager , including a car or car allowance, benefits, pension and a bonus scheme.
