The Role·To support the Operations Managers with HR issues including: ER, performance management and disciplinarians.·To support management with the recruitment process, reviewing applications, assisting with interviews and helping organise assessment days.·To be responsible for delivering and updating training within the notice processing centre.The Candidate·A background in HR is essential; a background in training is preferable, although not necessary if the candidate can demonstrate necessary skills and ideas.·Strong linguistic skills are vital, as the successful candidate will be preparing training literature for all levels of the company.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the candidate will be involved daily in group training.·Excellent presentation skills.·The ability to undertake projects using their own initiative, and to their manager their aims and progress.·Working towards the CIPD qualification is preferable. We are working towards being an equal opportunities employer and all applicants are welcome.
