With a 43 million turnover in the UK, they employ over 50 sales people. There is constant attention to researching new products for the company. . JOB SPECIFICATION To manage products and projects as part of a global corporate resource, by ensuring their timely identification, evaluation, design, development, marketing and delivery Responsibilities include: Design, develop and execute marketing plans. Regularly review resources in alignment with objectives and recommend changes where necessary. Liaise with product principals and contracted manufacturers over all issues of product and project management. Ensure appropriate forecasting and stock management of products in conjunction with sales and purchasing. Take responsibility for management of and compliance with, the product launch process. Take responsibility for management of and compliance with the product launch process. Maintain reporting systems that ensure progress is routinely updated and communicated to management team. Provide product training and field support to sales personnel, internal staff, distributors and end users to facilitate the effective promotion and the safe use of products. Liaise with the Technical Support, Quality and Regulatory functions to ensure regulatory compliance and registration of products. Report on market developments and competitor activities. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications, Sales Managers and Regulatory Department to support the implementation of marketing campaigns, exhibition attendance and the creation and maintenance of product catalogues, promotional and training material. Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure achievement of sales objectives REQUIREMENTS: You must have product management experience with a mix of clinical knowledge and strong commercial acumen. IV experience would also be an advantage but they would consider other disciplines within the acute sector. Marketing experience is also very important with particular skills in analysis and forecasting.
