It provides nursing, domiciliary care and support services in community settings for people with severe learning disabilities and people with enduring mental health needs. We now have vacancies in Rochdale.Working within a dedicated team in our modern facility, you will provide individualised support in a positive, non-judgmental and creative way that enables service users to make informed choices in their daily lives. You may already have experience in supporting people with special needs, if not full training will be given. You will have a positive attitude and the ability to work a 24 hour shift system.
