As well as the management of resources and activities you will be jointly responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and knowledgeable team who will provide excellent customer service. REQUIREMENTSManagement or supervisory experience in a highly customer focused environment The ability to plan and organise store activities. The ability to interpret basic business data. The ability to conduct staff training and briefing sessions. A desire to learn and develop; as you will take part in structured development programmes including externally accredited assessments.Don't worry, we're not looking for jewellers, we'll provide comprehensive product training.
