Description: A prestigious hotel and restaurant situated in Stilton and offering a high standard of service require a Food and Beverage Manager.As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will need to be friendly and have an outgoing personality with 3 years experience in a similar role.You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel's restaurants and bars as well as having duty management responsibility for other areas of the hotel whilst on duty and ensuring an excellent level of service is provided and that your staff are able to respond effectively to the needs of guests, A very hands on role where you will have significant interaction with customers and guestsThe ideal candidate will have a positive personality and be able to lead, train and motivate your team, reporting direct to general manager.Fantastic opportunity for a strong experienced person to join an award winning establishment that offers excellent salary.
