Description: This is Simply Stunning Five Star Standard, Corporate and Events Destination in Rural Hertfordshire.Reporting to the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of breakfast, lunch and dinner service ensuring the highest levels of guest services are achieved at all times. Duties will include setting and clearing of tables, supervising a small team of waiting staff, handling guest enquiries and complaints, conducting daily briefings and assist with the training of new team members. You will have a minimum of two years experience in a luxury environment ideally at Supervisory level and a good understanding of Micros. Along with this you will be able to exceed guest expectations, lead a small team and have excellent communication skills.Preferably you will hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.Live – In accommodation is available for up to three months.
