Description: PSD HR’s client is a large international technology and services organisationThis is an exciting new role for an HR Professional to provide professional expertise to carry out projects to specify systems and implement, deliver, maintain and improve HR products and services within a HR area.Main Responsibilities include:· Leads assignments which focus on implementation, delivery, administration and evaluation of HR products and services in that area.· Translating HR process requirements into system terminology/functionality and testing· Conducting research on assigned HR (eg C&B, HRD, resourcing) projects and presenting/analysing findings· Organising the delivery and improvement of training and development· Working with external vendors to administer HR services· Working with IM resources to Implement/maintain/modify authorisations & access to HR systems· Retrieving and reporting on employee information· Analysing process performance measures and proposing actions · Graduate calibre HR Professional· Solid HR relevant experience· Fully competent · Uses functionally specific knowledge· Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving· Managerial/Supervisory experience
