Description: We are recruiting for an Electrical supervisor who is required to work on a commercial contract for a leading facilities provider. The role will required the successful candidate to manage the on site day to day operations of the on site facilities maintenance team so that all work is completed to contract KPIs Duties will include: To manage the on site maintenance team ensuring work requests from help desk on a daily basis are allocated work accordingly To co-ordinate the work load of the maintenance team To provide the help desk with progress of jobs issued and completed. Manage work/ job quality To act as a link between the employer & area managers on permit to work issues Candidates must be time served, must have 167th edition as a minimum and must have facilities experience
