With coverage principally in the midlands and south east they handle interim, contractor and permanent vacancies.They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work within this busy team. The aim of the role is to place candidates and to forecast client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk. Working on the contractors desk you will have strong team leader skills and the ability to skilfully and professionally develop your desk to achieve maximum revenue.Whilst working to monthly and weekly targets you will provide excellent customer services to both candidate and clients at all times. To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism. The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential. If you are bright, ambitious, articulate, hard working and a real people person this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities.
