Description: Pre-Sales Administrator:Responsible for providing administrative support to a team of sales management. Duties will include:·Answering all incoming calls and receiving visitors; ·Producing sales proposals, Powerpoint presentations and mail shots via mail merge; ·Producing reports, purchase order sales literature/brochures. The successful Pre-Sales Administrator will have:·Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook; ·Good co-ordination skills and prioritising own time and workload; ·A flexible approach with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
