Description: HR Business Partner - Fixed Term Contract - Midlands - Siemens Transportation Systems Join Siemens Transportation Systems as a HR Business Partner and you will have the opportunity to provide a wide ranging value-add business partner support service to our Senior Management Team and employee population within our Infrastructure business and Central Departments.This is a 6 - 9 month fixed term contract role that involves using your specialist knowledge and competence to deliver the full range of HR practice within the Business Group, implementing HR systems and contributing to Business Group Management Meetings. To succeed in this role you will need to be a skilled communicator able to engage at all levels and have strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and consultancy skills combined with the ability to prioritise and manage a high workload with often conflicting timescales.You should be degree qualified or equivalent in a related discipline. You will also be CIPD qualified. Ideally, you will have come from a business partner role within a professional, large blue chip environment where you have gained significant experience in a wide variety of personnel situations.
