Your role will be to manage the successful completion of a customer’s file from start to finish, at all times providing an efficient professional service. The main responsibil ity of the role will be to achieve monthly targets through selling products and services to customers. The customer calls are INBOUND (No cold calls or telesales involved) who are calling to express interest and purchase one of more of the services, so a minimum sale is guaranteed but its up to you to 'up & cross sell' throughout the product portfolio to achieve more sales! There is alot of phone work with this role, you will need to multi-task whilst on the call as information you will use is both paper based and on the PC screen. In addition, there is alot of administration to do so a key eye for details and a methodical approach is important. This role would suit the following people: 1. Contact centre based in a sales/conversion role2. Contact centre based looking for a sales/conversion role3. Someone with previous sales and telephone experience 4. General sales experience looking for changeIn order to be considered you will need to have at least 12 months experience of 'customer service' either in a sales, contact or call centre environment. This particular role is handling calls from interested parties, discussing their case and relevant products available trying to convert to a sale so you need to be driven. Interviews will be held immediately for the right candidate .
