Description: This is an exciting time for this company who are going through a rapid period of change. You will be responsible for leading, influencing and motivating 8 direct reports with overall responsibility for a team of circa 800fte, working to and exceeding business objectives ensuring the consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPI's.You will manage, in partnership with the relevant Account Director, the full company team in the delivery of an outstanding Customer Experience on behalf of the respective clients.To be successful in being shortlisted for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following areas of experience and skills:Excellent leadership, people management and influencing skills Proven track record within multi-site contact centre environment Experience in managing large (500fte) size contact centres Outsourcing industry experience preferable Ability to build strong client relationships Educated to degree level or qualified by experienceYou will need to be flexible in travelling across sites in the Yorkshire region.
