Description: Fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this exciting chargrill restaurant brand, which is due to open in BristolAn exciting restaurant concept, this fresh innovative brand is set to expand rapidly over the next 2 years. The menu is all freshly prepared on site, with just a few exceptions, and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen and control of costs, portion sizes etc to ensure that targets are acheived. Sous Chef - Experience required: *Previous Sous Chef experience in a good quality restaurant *Knowldge of portion control *Ideally you will have good financial skills including the ability to manage GP's *A great personality, you will be a real team player *Lots of passion for your role. This is a permanent, full time role.
