Description: Hotel Head Night Porter***£14,000k***CheshireCompetitive Salary plus bonus potential.Our client is currently looking to recruit a Head Night Porter for a 4star boutique hotel, to take full responsibility for the night reception, food & beverage (including room service) and guest car parking.You will be required to check in & out hotel guests, ensuring all requirements are met throughout the guests stay. The role will require you to act as the point of contact for guests throughout their stay, handling queries, answering the telephone & providing room service out of hours.The ideal candidate*Someone who is passionate about the industry, with a genuine desire to make the guests stay as memorable as possible*Experience in a similar role *Impeccable grooming & able to deliver service with a smile at all timesThe role is based over a 40hour week, generally covering 10hour shiftsQUALIFYING CANDIDATESIn accordance and compliance with the "Asylum and Immigration Act 1996" all applicants applying for the above position will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
