This role is based at the Swindon property (within easy reach of M4 and commuting distance from Bristol). The hotel has 100+ bedrooms along with a very busy F+B operation offering breakfast and evening meals and conference facilities. Job DescriptionReporting to the General Manager this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced hotel operator to join this progressive hotel company offering real development potential to GM level. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the hotel including;- Leading and developing a large team- Ensuring standards and procedures are in line with company standards- Assisting the GM in preparing budgets and managing costs- Rotas, employee appraisals and training plans- Rate and revenue management Required ExperienceCandidates should be competent in all aspects of hotel management with good operational experience in front of house and restaurant operations. Candidates should have a proven ability in managing and motivating a team and be looking for true career progression. Salary and Benefits Our client is looking to pay a competitive salary of 20-22k along with company benefits and potential bonus.
