Description: Clinical Operations Manager required to join an International CRO based in Ireland. As Operations Manager you will oversee the financial, quality, regulatory, commercial and operational aspects of our GLP & GCPv Division which provides services to clients in the following areas - veterinary trials, discovery and development, development of new in vivo biological assays and short term toxicology studies. There will also be line management involved in the position. Candidates must have: *A post graduation qualification *At least 10-15 years experience of working in a CRO or a veterinary pharmaceutical organisation with a *Proven track record of the commercial, scientific, regulatory and quality components of a business. *At least 10 years Management experience, managing in excess of 40 people. *Preferably from a veterinarian/animal science background but an experienced scientist also accepted. *Be able to travel as required to meet clients and make presentations on behalf of the Company as part of the global business development strategy.
