By building your own client base and using your sales and negotiation abilities, you will be the point of contact at the forefront of the business to manage the relationship between the client and the candidate. The successful candidate will either come from a Recruitment background or be keen to progress with the best after gaining sales experience within a telesales, field sales, cold calling or business development environment. You will need to be tenacious and professional in your approach to work.
