Description: My client is seeking dynamic, motivated, professional and fun people to join their Development and Asset Management Team. They are seeking a Senior Surveyor who will primarily work on regeneration and maintenance of their existing homes, you will be able to provide creative solutions to transform homes and communities to enhance the quality of life and raise aspirations, in doing so you will stimulate broader regeneration. Their project management approach ensures that their staff have exciting opportunities to become involved in projects that can make a real difference to local people, communities and the environment. As a Senior Surveyor you will be able to take an active role in projects such as their Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), a joint venture with the University for the West of England to research sustainable development in our area. Senior Surveyor (M & E) - £32,000 to £38,000 (including 10% car allowance) plus benefits. You will be a qualified M & E engineer with experience of designing systems, and a proven track record of tendering work packages and project managing installation and upgrade projects through to completion. Ideally you will be qualified to issue energy certificates for domestic dwellings and have managed the installation of sustainable or renewable fuel appliances.
