Description: Are you: Determined, Professional, Ambitious, Born to Succeed?As a Club Reservation Supervisor you will be part of a supervisory group responsible for motivating, leading and inspiring the Club Reservations team.You need to have previous team leadership / supervisory experience and be able to demonstrate how you have achieved quantitative and qualitative targets.You will also need to demonstrate the ability to manage, drive, motivate and coach a team within a call centre environment.The successful candidate will be responsive to activity trends, have excellent time management skills, be able to ensure the highest levels of service and corporate targets are met in a fast paced environment.You will be results orientated with sales and customer service experience in a call centre environment. Competency in Word and Excel is an essential requirement, and knowledge of AS400 is desirable.You need to be able to work shifts between the hours of 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays.
