Description: My client is a leading authority and experts in the introduction of welfare based workplace substance misuse policies and recruiting for an experienced trainer.The successful applicant will be required to deliver professional training to a wide portfolio of clients across different industries, improve the quality of service, increase financial contribution, meet and exceed customer needs, pursue training from existing clients.Duties: responsible for all awareness training sessions you will deliver within the training team, seminar accommodation and bookings, all exhibitions, maintenance of existing training accounts, training manuals, produce powerpoint presentations, evaluate competitor companies, support external sales staff.The person: self motivated, experience of delivering and creating training courses / materials, confident presenter, excellent IT skills, strong written and oral communication, able to work to set objectives, team player with a desire to progress and develop the role.
