Kenexa employs more than 1,500 people worldwidePosition Summary:The position of Lead Generator is designed to increase the amount of qualified opportunities that the Sales Representatives have with prospects, and to increase revenue for Kenexa’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) businessThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has Telesales experience, wishing to break into Recruitment Process Outsourcing Sales or for an experienced Telemarketer wanting to develop their career to the next level.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Create and execute on daily call list targets to potential customers2. Identify leads and schedule a minimum of 20 telephone appointments each weekwith decision makers and Kenexa Sales Representatives. 3. Update the CRM database (SalesLogix) according to SOP’s for each prospect4. Provide Daily call list to team representative to track activityQualifications:1. Prior proven and demonstrable skills as a ‘Hunter’2. Experience in human resources or recruiting field preferred but not mandatory3. Excellent written and oral communication skills4. Ability to interact successfully with internal and external customers.5.
