Description: Focused on accessing the inaccessible, you will be working within a fun, friendly and exclusive team booking UK and worldwide restaurant bookings, front row seats at fashion shows and last-minute requests such as impossible to book theatre tickets or spur of the moment chartered yachts.Lifestyle Reservations Consultant responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from members and offering an efficient and professional concierge service when dealing with requests- Raising awareness of products and exclusive services e.g. Film Premiers and sporting events- Advising on and confirming any reservations relating to a Lifestyle enquiry i.e. restaurant, theatre, sporting events, concert bookings etc.Lifestyle Consultant skills required:- Previous experience working in an inbound call centre environment or hotel concierge is essential- Computer literate - use of internet, e-mail & Microsoft package or equivalent- Impeccable customer service and communication skills - A genuine interest in arts, music, sport, film or theatre is desiredAdditional Information:- This position is starting 1st September- Opening hours are 8.00am and 8.00pm based on shifts, Monday to Saturday- Salary is £16,300 plus a shift allowance of £720 per year (depending on the hours worked) plus excellent benefits- Full training is provided in house and will last approximately two weeks to provide you with the skills requiredIf you fit the above criteria and would like to apply, please call Mark on 01293 605448, apply online or email your CV to markw@candm.co.uk quoting SW407C & M Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
