They were voted in The Sunday Times 20 Best Large Companies to work for in 2006 & 2007 and offer excellent long-term career opportunities as well as a generous benefits package.Team Manager responsibilities:- Managing a team of travel consultants who provide a travel service to VIP clients in a call centre environment- Supporting and motivating the team through one to one training, coaching, feedback and formal appraisals- Improving team performance: sales, customer service and call management to ensure the customers requirements are dealt with in line with service level agreements and a premium service is provided- This is a hands off role but you will be required to handle escalated calls and use them as a basis for coaching performance and training.Team Manager skills required:- Proven ability and strong desire to manage and develop, strong people manager- Knowledge and experience within the travel industry is beneficial but not essential- Managing a team in a call centre environment is advantageous- Experience of training, coaching, motivating and leading a team who are working to targets in a customer focused / sales environment..Additional Information:- Basic salary is £24,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience plus £456 per annum shift allowance- This is a full time permanent role- As well has having excellent office facilities you will also be rewarded with an excellent company benefits such as travel discounts, subsidised restaurant, 22 days holiday, healthcare, dental scheme, long service awards plus a sports and social club...and many more!
