Working in a brigade of 5/6 chefs the applicant must have experience in a similar position with a knowledge of menus and staff training.JOB DESCRIPTION A Sous Chef is required to work in this excellent independent Country Hotel producing the finest dishes and menus, using quality local ingredients. As Sous Chef you will be working with a very talented and experienced Head Chef deputising in there absence. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the Hotels success. Understanding of current legislation for health, hygiene and food safety controls are essential. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in a similar establishment is required and experience in a Sous Chef role is needed. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position.
