Description: Title:Technical TrainerSalary:up to £40,000They are looking for an experienced trainer to work as part of the Academy team due to expanding their training operation. This is a site that provides resellers with Convergence news, events, sales and marketing tools and exists in England, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium and Sweden. The Academy provides vendor certified technical training.The Role:You would be working as part of a team of Academy trainers and training administrator, in support of their sales and marketing activities.Main Responsibilities:. Developing, maintaining and delivering high quality generic technology and vendor specific engineering training for both internal staff and external resellers, in support of sales and marketing, to maximize the company's value-add and ensure success in terms of revenue and profitability. . Establishing strong, productive vendor training relationships in order to keep up to date with latest training developments.. Maintain a good knowledge of the vendor portfolios for which you are responsible.. Assisting where necessary with, the company's sales, pre-sales enquiries or product management teams.. Ensure classroom is prepared and presentable before and after course delivery.. Work with Training Administrator to ensure appropriate course materials and certificates are available.Who we are looking for:The ideal candidate will have previous experience of technical training, have a CCNA or vendor equivalent qualification and knowledge of data networking, TCP/IP and IT hardware. A knowledge of Juniper Networks products or similar would be an advantage.The Employer:Award winning and leading distributor of telecommunication products.
