Description: Our client is a leading law firm with a high profile brand name in the professional services industry. A number of opportunities now exist for Case Executives to join the Banking and Finance Litigation Division due to continued expansion.You will be responsible for providing a thorough and professional litigation service on a high volume basis dealing with: small claims, fast track matters and civil procedures on behalf of clients. Successful candidates will have experience of working in a debt or contract litigation environment and ideally have some knowledge of professional negligence. Excellent communication skills are essential.
