Description: DO YOU HAVE MOTOR TRADE/FINANCE EXPERIENCE? IF SO, THIS COULD BE THE JOB FOR YOU! This large motor finance company based on the Fylde Coast is currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to provide admin and office support to the Sales Account Managers. Duties will include processing of all finance documents, raising quotes using finance system, liaising with suppliers, preparing official documents, typing of correspondence, preparing marketing plans and flyers. You will also be responsible for Fleet Management administration, arranging regular reviews with customers and preparing monthly reports. The successful candidate will have previous experience of sales admin/finance within the motor industry, excellent IT skills, good organisation skills and an eye for detail. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. In return this company is offering a competitive salary and benefits package that includes 20 days holiday and free car parking.
