An exciting opportunity has arisen for an emerging HR Generalist to join my client who is a locally renowned and forward thinking education body in the Greater Manchester area.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be -
An emerging HR Generalist or an experienced Generalist seeking a new work/life balance
A strong Employment Law practitioner
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Able to manage the Recruitment process for all junior / administration posts
Able to advise Managers on HR and Employment Law issues including Disciplinary & Grievance
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and experience gained within the public sector or an education body will be an advantage.
