Description: The CompanyRobert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a hugely successful manufacturing business in the West End of Glasgow. The RoleOur client has a well structured finance function and as such offer the successful candidate the platform to assume complete control of the management accounting process including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Being a manufacturing business, there is a strong responsibility on this role to provide the business with fore-casted data as well as ongoing review and amendments to large scale company operations and plans. In addition, the business requires this role to improve established costing models and identify potential problem areas in the budgets. You will report directly to the operations management and business leaders which will also provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to view and access the entire business and develop their role accordingly. CIMA/ACCA/CA qualification is preferred but will be excused by strong, proven industry experience. Salary & BenefitsThe salary offered for this role is £30,000 to £32,000 plus benefits package.
