Description: If you are currently based in the UAE and looking for a new challenge that offers you more autonomy and the opportunity to become a partner in a new up and coming business then this is the right position for you. Our client are a fund investment group based in Dubai. They currently have 25 plots of land in the UAE that they are looking to develop over the coming years. They are also looking to be the first AIM listed fund in theMiddle East. One of their main business plans currently is to develop an FM company. Therefore, they require a Facilities Manager/Director to set up this business. This is a start up business and therefore requires someone with local knowledge of the FM market and contacts within the region. You will be required to develop a business plan which meets the current market needs but the plan will be innovative and different to what is currently being offered by FM businesses in theMiddle East. It is one of their aims to be totally different to their potential competitors. This position will suit an individual that aims to run their own business as a lot of time and effort will go into developing and nurturing a business such as this.
