You will have the ability to help define and develop the "go to market proposition" in your field whilst sharing your content knowledge as required with colleagues and clients alike.You will have demonstrable experience of improving HR, eHR areas within end clients, knowledge of best practise HR and eHR processes with experience of participating in the implementation of HR Shared Services and / or employee self service organisations and processes. You will have content knowledge of one or more of the following areas with a process design capability:-Base HRPayroll & TimeRecruitmentHealth and SafetyContract Management Planning & Reporting. Successful applicant will have extensive internal or external consulting skills having played a significant part in at least 2 major transformation programmes in the Human Capital Management / Human Resources domain. You will have good stakeholder management skills with a solid background of work in Blue Chip household names consulting into their HCM / HR departments. Ideal candidates will have experience of either SAP (specifically the HR, ESS, MSS modules) or another ERP platform as a Consultant knowing the practical issues and challenges of technology enablement within HR functions.C&D Elite (part of the C&D Group) is acting as an Employment Consultancy in relation to this vacancy.
