Description: I am seeking an experienced stock coordinator with experience dealing with shipping, imports and exports.My client is a leading importer of meat products with high street outlets as clients. They have recently expanded and are moving into more markets within Europe and USA.You will be maintaining office purchase order records on a day to day basis, liaising with suppliers regarding container shipments, liaising with shipping lines regarding vessel schedules, providing up to date information to the trading department on progress with purchase orders/shipments, instructing clearing agents on container arrivals, follow ups to ensure timely deliveries to customers or warehouses, minimise costs and ensure excellent customer services, maintaining and filing shipping documents, ordering and control of shipping licenses, entering and maintenance of stock via Sage system, other general office duties. Experience within a similar role would be an advantage, Sage experience an advantage or similar package, good telephone manner, attention to detail, enthusiasm, knowledge of Word, Excel, Email.
