Description: THE ROLE Location: North Bristol (Bradley Stoke)Salary:£15,500 plus bonus OTE £18,600!We are currently recruiting for our modern and friendly contact centre based in North Bristol. With easy access from Bradley Stoke and surrounding areas and free parking, this is a great alternative to working, travelling to and parking in the city centre! We are now looking to recruit Customer Sales Associates to work along side the existing teams.The Purpose of your role will be to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise cross selling opportunities by handling inbound calls and meeting targets within the insurance division.Duties will include:*Providing quotes to new and existing members *Advising on Payment Queries *Changing personal details *Selling and cross sellingThe opportunity is there to lean towards a full customer service role however if you do enjoy the rewards associated with an inbound sales role then this is a great role too! The role has set targets and objectives to meet and you will be rewarded with an increase in salary for achieving and exceeding these targets through the structured development programme. This is really an opportunity for a fast track career through a national brand.Flexible shift patterns available within contact centre opening hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm, Saturday 8.30 - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm. You will work every OTHER weekend EITHER a Saturday OR a Sunday and be given a day off in the week when this happens.We are looking for people that are enthusiastic, willing to develop themselves, have good communication skills and are IT literate.
