Description: We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based in Cardiff. Our client is looking to recruit a Credit Reporter for their busy office.The successful candidate will have complete responsibility for the production of UK reports and will therefore investigate, extract, compile, build, write and send reports to high quality standards. If you work in a customer focused role where an eye for detail and a methodical approach is important, then this could be the role you are looking for...Duties and Responsibilities:Running your own work flow in date order Communicating with clients by telephone to obtain detailed informationObtaining references from Trade suppliers/Banks, as and when necessaryExtract information from Company House documents and other data sourcesInterpret and compile information obtained to produce reportsUndertake all work as requested by Management and SupervisorsUndertake suitable training where necessary to allow these tasks to be completed successfullyKey Attributes:·The ability to work under pressure·Excellent communicative skills·Excellent telephone manner ·Excellent written skills are essential ·Good standards of English Grammar / Mathematics are needed·Experience in a billing department or credit control environment would be and advantageBenefits:·£15,000-£16,500 salary·Pension (after 1 year of service)·20 days holidays (plus 1 per year)·Training provided in the company head office (Full expenses paid)·Very friendly and flexible team·Company moving to state of the art offices in 6-12 months
