Description: My client is a major blue chip firm with a property portfolio in excess of 1.5m sq ft in 29 locations world wide. Due to increased expansion and sector domination they are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to be involved for the delivery of a Capital Projects portfolio with a construction value typically from £250k to £10m. The successful candidate will also be responsible for two significant moves projects into a brand new Midlands office. Ideally you will be a professionally qualified Project Manager currently working for or with a high profile client and seeking a challenging yet exciting opportunity based in London.
