This is a vacancy on behalf of Fastrac Resourcing Solutions who are operating as an employment business.Responsible for all Customer service within the up growing logistics business. Liaising with both Managing directors to ensure all daily tasks are completed to the highest standard. Responsible for all staff training and disciplinary issues, recruitment and staff evaluation.Directly on hand to deal with all customer queries and complaints, this involves customer claims and payment transactions Making sure all Bookings are logged and saved correctly by members of staff Completing monthly invoicing to ensure all bookings or enhanced payment queries are allocated correctly each month for the running of the business Attending meetings with both existing cliental and new customers as well as prompting new business for the company Creating Flyers to promote the new business and distribution to target customers/businesses in the Nottinghamshire area
