Description: My clients in Cardiff are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to work in their modern, vibrant office. In total there are 21 staff members in the office; for this role you will form part of a small team consisting of two sales execs and one team leader.The main responsibilities:- Marketing and researching the audience and competitors- Targeted to make 50 calls a day to key decision makers- To support the marketing strategy- Determine the customer requirements and develop customer solutions in the balanced interest of the business and the customer- Develop and manage effective customer relationships- To action mail shots and cold calling- To attend and present at seminars, conferences and appropriate meetings (6 times yearly)Experience- An experienced and effective sales person with a proven track record of demonstrable success and achievement- An excellent communicator, with proven skills in telesales and marketing- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications- Professional in appearance- Be of the highest integrity and committed to the principle of loyalty- Any experience of the CRM tool – Goldmine would be advantageous- 35 hour working week (Monday –Friday 9am – 5pm)- 26 days annual holiday & 8 statutory bank holidays- 5% contributory pension scheme (on completion of 6 months probationary period)- Excellent working environment
