Description: An opportunity has arisen for an RGN (Registered General Nurse) to join a home which is developing and expanding for the future, set within the North Yorkshire countryside.The ideal candidate will have experience as an RGN (Registered General Nurse) caring for the elderly, reporting to the Deputy Matron you will be running a team of 3 with excellent ongoing training and support within the home.Within the role of a Registered General Nurse you will undertake the role as a named nurse for a named group of residence, To act as a resource person for named key workers, To actively assist in all aspects of residential care and to practise sound clinical judgements.
