Description: Due to continued success in the negotiating and tendering of projects my client require an experienced site manager for the running of projects varying in value from £1m - £4m. We have an enviable track record of delivering project of the highest quality on time and within budget and the successful candidate will have a good eye for delivering a quality projects on time. He / she should ideally be willing to work away from home for which accommodation and staying away allowances are paid. He / she should have a proven track record in the new build sector focusing on commercial / industrial types of construction. They should have an understanding of Design & Build contracts. They will need to be used to working to strict deadlines and will have the comfort of the full support of the project team. They must be used to dealing with architects, engineers and be presentable as they will be in direct contact with our clients.
