Description: An Exciting Opportunity for a regional HR Advisor within  an expanding, reputable organisation.This is a generalist role which has en emphasis on providing Employee Relations advise. My client is looking for someone with Excellent rapport building skills to support their region in the south. You will be responsible for providing advise and guidance relating to Disciplinaries, Grievances, sickness absence, TUPE. This will include delivering coaching to Managers on HR Policy and procedure, you will also be responsible for overseeing and assisting with recruitment.This role will involve travel, approximately 2-3 days per week.
